Our capabilities reach well beyond pontoons and floating homes: we produce bespoke aluminium and ferrous structures, rotationally-moulded polyethylene components, and custom modular assemblies for the marine, architectural, renewable-energy and media sectors.
Because design, aluminium fabrication and HDPE moulding all sit on one site, we control quality from concept to production and can take on a one-off prototype as readily as an ongoing supply contract. We make everything ourselves, from Cutlass Marine buoyancy floats to precision aluminium frames, which keeps lead times short and tolerances tight.
Whether you need a bespoke pontoon, a custom-moulded HDPE enclosure or a unique aluminium frame system, our team can model, fabricate and deliver it to your exact specification. From mould tool to finished assembly, everything is conceived, engineered and built in Poole.
